Separation Program Designator Spd Code Is Kbk

My DOS is this april and I put in for my separation, which was approved with RE code 1J, Separation program designator (SPD) code is KBK.
JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas (AFNS) -- Airmen who separate under voluntary and involuntary force management programs may be eligible for permissive TDY. Airmen should check their separation orders to ensure the statement is included in the remarks block.
The statement should read 'Member separating voluntarily under force management program and may be eligible for (permissive) TDY according (Department of Defense Instruction) 1327.06.' The separation program designator, or SPD, code may not convey this benefit; however, the military personnel section is authorized to permit permissive TDYs. A SPD code identifies entitlements and benefits associated with types of separations. A ccording to Air Force Personnel Center officials, the benefit is new for voluntary force management separations and a new SPD code is being developed. In the interim, a statement is added to the separations orders. 'If you're separating under a voluntary force management program and your orders do not include that statement, please contact the Total Force Service Center (or TFSC) to get your orders corrected,' said Lt.
Rick Garcia, the AFPC separations and retirements chief. 'We want to remind Airmen that permissive TDY is not an entitlement,' Garcia said. 'Commanders will use discretion to approve or not approve a permissive TDY if their absence impacts the mission or if they don't have enough time on active duty to use the benefit.'
The TFSC can be reached at 210-565-0102 or DSN 665-0102. For more information about force management programs and other personnel issues, visit the myPers website at.

Hello, I am not sure if this is the right forum to post in and I am open to suggestions on which one would be a better choice. I have a history of cancer and while I am dealing with the treatment side effects (thyroid/anxiety/concentration/fatigue to name a few), it has not been enough for me to go past a RILO, so no MEB, with a fit for duty/RTD determination. My DOS is this april and I put in for my separation, which was approved with RE code 1J, Separation program designator (SPD) code is KBK. So basically I am okay to 100% reenlist - correct? Well I decided to separate due to just not having the energy to go back to full time work - the last two years have been a complete drain on my physically/mentally/emotionally and I Have been struggle to get through a normal work week.but I know I can handle the part time job of being in the reserves until I can get my self back to being good.
My question is if I am eligible to reenlist in the Active duty side - shouldn't I be able to reenlist in the reserve side of the Air Force with no problems? In my 422 it states I am ALC-C strat c-2, can only be assigned in the conus with fixed medical treatment facilities, I am NOT deployable and I cannot occupy a mobility position - exceptions to restrictions must be approved in writing by AFPC/DPANM and The appropriate ARC/SGP must coordinate on all Palace chase/Front assignment actions into the ARC prior to final approval. Blur pc patch.
I am in the process of talking to a recruiter and I am waiting for response on an email I sent with all my issues and my AF422 but I am curious to know if anyone else has gone through this or has an opinion on this.
