Serial Number Perspective Rectifier Diode
I'm replacing my rectifier in hopes the battery will charge. I tested the rectifier and no voltage after diode but 13v plus before diode. I hope this will fix the charge end. Now for the big question. Someone put a on and off switch for the fuel pump and generator to run.
It looks two wires on one side of switch to power on pump and coil after it starts. This switch also shuts the generator and fuel pump down. Any thoughts before I replace the rectifier? Can I do away with the auxiliary switch after? Learn to play chess with fritz and chesster 2 download free. I'm not any good with wiring diagrams sorry I struggle with them. Just had a similar problem with my CCK 4.0 the diode or rectifier was ok the problem was my R2 resister I replaced it the diode was ok. Could be you have a resister open or I will say blown these units will not charge the battery and so on if they are.
BEL made diode namely BY125 is equivalent of diode from 1N4001 TO 1N4003. Y = Rectifier. 125 = Serial number. BY126 is equivalent ot diodes 1N4004 TO 1N4006. 1NXXXX is a One junction diode family. 2NXXXX is a two junction Transistor family. 3NXXXX is a Three Junction FET family. DIODE AND ITS VOLTAGE AND CURRENT CAPACITY TABLE. All seven loops are wired in series and are equally spaced around the stator frame. The number of sets of loops in each phase is the same as the number of rotor. Standard rectifier diodes only permit current to flow in one direction. 2 - Rectifier assembly Diode Rear bearing trio Regulator Figure 7-26 Exploded view of a.
Take out the resister and check each metal ear on it with an ohm meter. I have a 6.5NH 3CR/16000J so mine is spec J and yours is spec P my charge resister for battery is on the generator end loosen cover or band around generator underneath is a strap hinge. So you can see where the resister is fastened take it out and check with ohm meter if it does not show any ohm or move the needle on meter it is blown. Ok I will try that and see what I get. I Figured if I was getting around 13v on the gen side of the diode and not on the side that goes to the battery The diode was open or blown.
Virtual DJ Software, MP3 and Video mix software. VirtualDJ provides instant BPM beat matching, synchronized sampler, scratch, automatic seamless loops and remixing functions, effects, and much more. Yes Initially everyone thought that this was a new Serato feature but turned out it is a hardware/firmware one. So the scratches were recorded and converted into Midi messages that the hardware sends while the Pad is pressed, handling both jogwheel movements and audio cuts.
Just shows what little I know on the electrical. That diode is currant one way there is an arrow on the diode pointing the way the power goes direction. That was my first thought bad diode but is was the resister.
Maybe a picture of the jury rigged wiring and control box will help guys here love green candy pictures of onans. I will try to take some pictures if it is not to stormy tomorrow.
It might help to see what I'm trying to get across as to the switch some one put in to keep the generator and fuel pump running. That is what happened probably if resister is blown it will not have 12 volt dc power and they wired the choke and fuel pump up hot with toggle switch. Yep by all means post some pictures that way we can see what control box you have even anice picture of the whole generator.: if you need a service manual and a parts manual post your email and some one will send you those. The spec letters when they change there is some difference in generators not much I do not think?
